No processing takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

• Within State: 3–5 days

• Rest of India: 5–7 days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners and location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order amounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive:

• Tracking ID

• Courier partner details

You may track your order until delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery two times.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges apply.

6. Damaged Packages

If a product arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours
